Contact

Found a bug, have a tool suggestion, or want to report an issue with a page? Email us directly. We read every message.

Before you write

What to include for a faster reply

A specific report gets a specific answer. Here is what actually speeds things up.

Reporting a bug

Include your device type, browser and version, and the exact page where the issue happened. A screenshot or short screen recording helps more than a description alone.

Full screen not working

Note whether you tried a private or incognito window first. If the tool works there but not in your normal window, a browser extension is the likely cause, not a bug on our end.

Suggesting a correction

Name the specific guide and claim you believe is outdated or wrong, and include a source or your own experience if you have one.

Suggesting a new tool

Describe what the tool should do and why the existing white screen, black screen, color test, brightness test, and flashlight tools do not already cover it.

Scope

What we can and can't help with

We can help with

  • Bugs in any of the five tools, including fullscreen or rendering issues
  • Corrections or updates to information in a guide
  • Suggestions for a new tool or feature
  • Accessibility issues with any page
  • General questions about how the site or its tools work
  • Questions about the installable app described on our App page

We cannot help with

  • Personalized device repair diagnosis
  • Warranty claims with your device manufacturer
  • Physical screen replacement or repair services
  • Support for other websites or products

If you are trying to fix a specific screen defect, our white spots and screen diagnosis guide covers the most common causes, but a confirmed hardware issue needs your device manufacturer or a repair technician, not us.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does it take to get a reply?

We aim to reply within a few business days. Response times can be longer during high-traffic periods, but every message is read.

Can you fix a specific problem with my screen?

We cannot offer personalized device repair diagnosis, since that requires physically inspecting your device. Our guide on white spots, dots, and lines on your screen covers the most common causes and how to tell them apart, but a confirmed hardware issue needs a manufacturer or repair technician.

I found a mistake in one of the guides. What do I do?

Email us with the guide title, the specific claim you think is wrong, and, if possible, a source or your own experience that shows the correction. We review every correction request and update guides when the information has changed or was inaccurate.

Can I suggest a new tool?

Yes. Tell us what the tool should do and why the existing five tools do not already cover it. We read every suggestion, though we cannot promise to build every one.

Do you offer paid support or custom development?

No. This site and its tools are a free, independent project, not a commercial support service.

Is there a phone number or live chat?

No. Email is the only contact method, which lets us give a considered answer rather than a rushed one.
